Reduce time to use smartphones

3. "Time to use a smartphone"

Smartphones are now indispensable for you. I think that the number of smartphones is increasing multiple tasks at the same time. Our brain is actually not good at performing multitasking, so -called multiple things at the same time. Basically, the brain can only work at a time. If there are many tasks switching, the brain will be burdensome. It has also been shown to increase stress hormones.

In other words, the more you use your smartphone, the more the brain gets tired and the stress accumulates.

How about trying to live a life away from your smartphone once a month or once a week? You may find a new hobby or something discovered by leaving.
